Description: When printing a document from LibreOffice Calc (this issue does not happen with Writer, Impress, or Draw), the auto-selected paper size is incorrect for all printers except the first one shown in the print dialog. The first printer correctly uses A4. All other printers auto-select a wrong paper size (e.g. A3, B4, A5, etc.), even though A4 is configured everywhere. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open any A4-sized document in LibreOffice Calc. 2. Go to File > Print. 3. Select each printer in the dropdown list. 4. Observe the paper size that gets auto-selected. Actual Results: Only the first printer uses A4. All other printers select incorrect formats like A3, B4, A5, etc. Expected Results: All printers should default to A4 as defined in system/printer settings. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: - locale: fr_CH.UTF-8 - System and printer default paper size: A4 - PPD files for printers clearly define A4 as the default size - Other LibreOffice modules behave correctly - Manually setting the paper size works, but is not remembered - tried to run in safe mode : same result
I saw the same behavior on Windows 10 and 11 with LO 25.2.4.3
Bug still present in lo 25.8.3.2 (x86_64) on opensuse tumbleweed system printers have all a4 as standard in libreoffice: file new calc print, take a look, system standard printer has now a4 select each printer in dropdown list take a look at the paper size, it changes automatically to different formats, also when, selecting back the first printer wrong format is there. reproducable always
Same if i reset user-profile
