Description:
opening office or writer not opening that time task manger shows its automatically suspended

Hmm, seems similar to bug 167654

How did you "update" to 25.2.5.2, did you download and install the .MSI installer package?

Could you post the LO build details from Help -> About

Also, what Windows build and Graphics are you using? A text clip from the dxdiag.exe, and vulkaninfo.exe are helpful to diagnose.
