Description:
The Data Table dialog has a Help button, but pressing the button does not open the appropriate Help page. Instead, a 404 page is opened.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a chart to edit it.
2. In the menu bar, select Insert -> Data Table...
3. In the Data Table dialog, click Help.

Actual Results:
A 404 page appears.

Expected Results:
A proper Help page appears.
