Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make a line
2.Zoom in the page so all the line does not fit in the screen
3.Drag the line

Actual Results:
The action takes you to a wrong place

Expected Results:
Not moving anywhere


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

It's unclear to me why we reposition the UI on drop. If there is no good reason I agree to keep the position.
