Description:
UI: Sidebar Arrow Head drop down lacks Synchronize ends option feature

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Draw a line with arrows
3. Sidebar -> Click the arrow head button. Try to change both at the same time

Same applies to Writer

Actual Results:
No synchronize ends feature

Expected Results:
No synchronize ends feature as in the line dialog, making the sidebar tool less useful

In addition: remember the last used setting. So if synchronize ends is turned on. Keep it turned on (for at least the session), except if manually turned off again

The sidebar lists all predefined arrow heads split into start and end options. The request is likely inspired from the "[ ] Synchronize ends" option in the Line properties dialog. However, synchronize means also to have the same width which is not available in the sidebar (although requested in bug 164928). We cannot list all properties there and should not try to make dialogs obsolete. Such proposed "[ ] Synchronize" option would increase the dropdown size significantly for no good reason since the arrow typically (or rather more often) points towards something than it connects two objects.

For a consistent look and feel it's recommended to use drawing style anyway.
