It could be realize just like comments in Writer UX-team, your opinion?
Bookmarks are rather anchors in LibreOffice with the idea to jump around key positions. See https://help.libreoffice.org/25.8/en-US/text/swriter/01/04040000.html (somehow it is also possible to hide the bookmark text but I don't remember how). Your "note" looks to me like a comment, and we have it available out of the box. And if you think of a floating sticker, why not use a shape for this?

And if you think of a floating sticker, why not use a shape for this? Actually, it is right. The comments mostly eliminate the need for what I suggested. I did not know they existed Though there are a couple things that can be improved 1. Comments open columns on all pages even if they have no comments. Why? It wastes space. I think those blank columns should be removed https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=169182 2. Comments are tied to words or phrases, and I think there can also be more general remarks concerning the page or the subject. Maybe they can be given a different colour of choice. Maybe they can be placed to the left and not to the right But you're right, this need is mostly filled by the comments, and I did not know about that
You can collapse / hide the comments bar quickly. And there is a (experimental) sidebar for comments. Ultimately you are looking for shapes :-).

Thanks. Sure, they can be closed, but having to open and close them all the time can be pretty tiresome and annoying Imagine if you got a long doc and some pages have comments while others don't, so do you have to expand and close them all the time? It doesn't feel very nice in my opinion
