I accidentally used the key combination fn-Shift-Enter (instead of just Shift-Enter) to insert a line break - and Writer crashed. The effect is always reproducible. In other applications (like macOS' Text Edit) it's simply ignored, i.e. no OS bug. Although this is some kind of Layer 8 issue, IMHO wrong key combinations should just be ignored.
