Description: As described by user Slava Nadvorny for a previous version (3.4.3): "Hotkeys are language dependent and work in English language only. While writing in any other language i.e. any Cyrillic, it's impossible to use hotkeys, they just don't do anything. Switching to English input language enable hotkeys once again." This bug was apparently fixed in previous versions, judging from (many) previous reports made made on the site. Sadly, it has re-emerged in the current (25.8) version, at least for Linux users. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Switching language to Greek / Hebrew 2. Trying to use hotkey combinations Ctrl + S, Ctrl + A, Ctrl + X 3. Switching back to English Actual Results: For Hebrew and Greek - File not saved; no text selected; no text cut. For English - File saved; entire text selected; text cut. Expected Results: Each hotkey combination (Ctrl + S etc) should be followed by a given function, as it does for English. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: As I mentioned, there is ample documentation for this bug already, which can be referred to on its Bug List - https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/buglist.cgi?bug_id=57290%2C62330%2C63763%2C55585%2C59045%2C71358%2C77163%2C47314&list_id=1916279
Please post the Help -> About details for your installation. Suspect this should be a duplicate of bug 161850 but please add your os/DE and locale information here first.

Gladly, but I'm a layman so tell if you need anything else - OS: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS DE: XFCE (xubuntu) Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US 161850 appears similar! Did the author (Eyal Rozenberg) really come up with a solution, though?

But the preferred way is to use the "Copy all version" button from the main menu's Help -> About LibreOffice panel. Next to the Version Information label. Then just paste it.
