Description:
Might be too complex to achieve but suggesting to offer a shortcut action that would allow the applying of `Clone Formatting` using keyboard shortcut (instead of mouse), when in `Clone Formatting` mode.

Actual Results:
Currently functionality is primarily mouse based.
User has to....
1. Select cell that want to clone formatting of
2. Click on `Clone Formatting` toolbar button or `Clone` shortcut which activates clone "mode".
3. Then LMB click on cell they want to apply the cloned formatting to

Expected Results:
Also offer this functionality to be achieved using keyboard.
1. Select cell want to clone formatting of
2. Click on `Clone Formatting` toolbar button or `Clone` shortcut which activates clone "mode"
3. Then while clone "mode" is activate, user can navigate through cells using ARROWS, PAGEUP/PAGEDOWN, etc. which is currently possible
4. But then can actually perform apply action by hitting this custom keyboard shortcut assigned by user.
5. This where the "complex" part I was speaking of might occur.
Could just be a specific shortcut assigned by user that is not used by any other action.
However, it feels like it would be nice to have this work with the ENTER/RETURN key to make the apply.
So if agree, this custom shortcut assigned would need to override other shortcuts when this "clone mode" is active.
Again if too complex then could just be a non-used shortcut key available.
6. This also should be able to work with continuous clone formatting mode, that is activated by double clicking on the `Clone Formatting` button icon (and maybe in the future with a shortcut as well, see link to my suggestion below).

Hope all of this makes sense.
Thank you to anyone who reads this

-Naming
I would call this action something like
`Clone Formatting Apply`
to keep consistent with naming mentioned here

-Possible conflict
The following post was made about 10 years ago, my suggestion above would conflict with that post, but I think my suggestion might offer a little more functionality
