Additional Info: It was also occurring in Writer, but I don't remember the specific timing. I think it was probably the second half of 2025. I confirmed it in 26.2.0.0.alpha0 or alpha1. However, at that time, I replaced it with the correct one via Menu > Tools > Customize.
