Screenshot shows Tools-Menue in Base (LO 26.2.0.1)

Open a Base file.
Go to menu Tools.
There appears an empty row, where "Extensions" could be choosen. Icon and description is missing.

Bug appears in
Version: 26.2.0.1 (X86_64)
Build ID: 334ecff79a5ea28464a392deab1041cf2e705201
CPU threads: 6; OS: Linux 6.4; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb)
Locale: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Doesn't appear in LO 25.8.4.2, so a regression.
Comment 1 Robert Großkopf 2026-01-21 07:41:38 UTC
Seems this bug only appears with a special configuration. Got this behavior in a database I uploaded for another bug: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=205105
Comment 2 Takenori Yasuda 2026-02-05 04:14:08 UTC
I have confirmed it as well.

Version: 26.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64)
Build ID: 680(Build:0)
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (build 26200); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: ja-JP (ja_JP); UI: ja-JP
Calc: CL threaded Jumbo

Looking at the command, it is service:com.sun.star.deployment.ui.PackageManagerDialog instead of .uno:ExtensionManager.

Additional Info:
It was also occurring in Writer, but I don't remember the specific timing. I think it was probably the second half of 2025. I confirmed it in 26.2.0.0.alpha0 or alpha1.
However, at that time, I replaced it with the correct one via Menu > Tools > Customize.

Following comment 2 I will set this one to NEW.

At this moment I 'm missinbg the entry not only in Base but also directly in the main windows of LibreOffice
