Description:
Bullets and numbers are lost when open the file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 205151 [details] from bug 170453


Actual Results:
Bullets on slide 2 and numbers on slide 1 not shown.

Expected Results:
Bullets and numbers visible.


Reproducible: Always

This seems to have begun at the below commit in bibisect repository/OS linux-64-26.8.
Adding Cc: to Caolán McNamara ; Could you possibly take a look at this one?
