Description: I've been raising this issue for a long time and haven't been able to get it fixed. Cell format keeps intermittently defaulting to original. I manually correct it on the column and it stays good for a month or so then reverts again.This is what I am experiencing: 1. Positioning. I position to the left of the cell and it goes to the right. 2. Currency defaults back to numbers. I cannot trigger the problem. It is at random and has been happening for a couple of years through all updates. I have also reinstalled Libreoffice from scratch on more than one occasion. Steps to Reproduce: 1. I can't 2. Where did you raise the issue? Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode Please paste here the information on Menu/Help/About LibreOffice (There is an icon to copy)
bug 163976. I cannot test this in safe mode as it is random and as I have previously mentioned it could be a month or 2 before it recurs. I cannot trigger the problem. I would love to be able to give you something more positive but due to the intermittency of the problem, it is not possible.
