toolbars in the form view of the Base application will not show properly and view preferences for tool bars are not saved between sessions. Attempting to display two toolbars causes the navigation bar to disappear.
Confirm that some toolbars don't display in base form display or editing. Specifically Drawing, Form Controls, Form Design toolbars are not selectable. Form Navigation and Media Playback are selectable but don't always display properly. Toolbars do not reappear when a form is closed and reopened. This is especially a problem with form navigation, and without form design there is no way to add navigation controls to the form. Floating toolbars sometimes disappear when docked to the top of the form. If another toolbar is docked, the first one reappears. But sometimes a visible toolbar disappears when a floating toolbar is docked.

Well, if it doesn't appear in our build, only some Ubuntu PPA, let's close this as NOTOURBUG then?
