Precondition: LO is not installed on PC. 
Steps to reproduce: 
1. start installation
2. after it's done, this page is opened: http://update.services.openoffice.org/ooo/snapshot.html?cid=920900

link needs to be updated. Assigned to [EasyHacks];

The problem is still valid in the the latest build. Keep this report open or re-open the dupe.

Yes, this is a duplicate. And if a bug has been fixed in the source code, it has been fixed. Alexey, we are not keeping bugs open that have been fixed.
