wrong-moving-behaviour-with-alt-key.odt

If you select the red object in the attached document, then you can move it
with the cursor keys. This works just fine. 
But, if you try to move it pixel-wise with the cursor keys and additional
hitting the ALT-key, it does not move the red object (which is selected) but
the background image (which is not selected).  Very strange!

System: Ubuntu 10.10, Gnome 2, LibreOffice 3.3.2 PPA, English UI, Intel 32-bit

I tested under 4.1.1.2 and can confirm it is still broken.

From my testing, it only seems to affect Draw objects (arrows, boxes, circles, etc...) that are anchored to other objects.  I could not reproduce this behavior with other objects (other frames and inserted pictures).
