To move or copy one or more rows, you need to cut/copy the source rows, then insert sufficient emtpy rows, then paste the rows and finally (in case of moving rows) remove the source rows.

Could LibreOffice be enhanced so that the context menu (right hand mousebutton menu) offers the option to insert the rows. This would save the user extra work.

Using paste-special and shift right/down in a macro and putting this in a toolbar gives the wished for functionality.
