Description Rainer Bielefeld Retired 2011-12-18 00:41:18 UTC
Steps how to reproduce  Parallel Dev-Installation of "LibreOffice 3.5.0 Beta1 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) English UI [Build-ID: 7362ca8-b5a8e65-af86909-d471f98-61464c4] Windows_Release_Configuration  11-Dec-2011 06:51"

0. Open a new blank WRITER document from LibO Start Center
1. Menu 'Tools -> Mail merge wizard'
2. 'Use current Document' <Next>
3. 'E-Mail-Message' (does not matter) <Next>
4. Select Different Address List'
5. Check that you default address list is selected and no filter is active,
   <Next>
6. In step 6 "Edit Document" under "Preview and edit the document" Click the
   'Next' button
   Expected: all your addresses (hundreds) allow a very big number of clicks
             with shown recipient numbers
   Actual: Number 10 is the last one, 'Next' and 'Last' become greyed out
7. Click <Previous>
   > 'Next' and 'Last' become active again
8. Click <Last>
   Now as expected display shows No of addresses (for me more than 1.500)

Not a problem with 3.4.4, so regression

Also visible in more early Master versions (at least in 2011December), so not a particular 3.5.0 Beta1 problem

@Lionel:
This one might be related to "Bug 44025 SEARCH does not work for all database"?
Comment 2 Lionel Elie Mamane 2012-01-20 00:42:56 UTC
It might be the same bug, yes. A test with a master daily build would be interesting.
Comment 3 Rainer Bielefeld Retired 2012-01-20 02:13:23 UTC
@Lionel:
I would have done, but my latest build
buildname: Win-x86@7-MinGW
tree: MASTER
pull time 2012-01-19 23:17:17

does not launch. I nobody does before me I will do a test with the next available (and working) Master build.

Ping? My guess is that it is fixed (along with Bug 44025) in 3.5.0.

WORKSFORME with with "LibreOffice 3.5.0 German UI/Locale [Build-ID: 7e68ba2-a744ebf-1f241b7-c506db1-7d53735] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit), also no longer a porblem with  "LOdev 3.6.0alpha0+  English UI/Locale [Build ID: aa7e105-b2dd236-9eed775-d06f752-4dba2d1 (libreoffice-3-5-branch-point)]"  {Win-x86@9-Voreppe Win32 pull time 2012-02-14 16:17:23}. OS: German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)

Indeed seems to be fixed with
