SaveAs dialog box is not wide enough - right button cut off

Problem description: The german SaveAs dialog box is not wide enough to display the right button (english version is OK)

Steps to reproduce:
look at the attached picture

Current behavior: right button cut off

Expected behavior: dialog wide enough to display the right button

Platform (if different from the browser): Windows XP, Windows Vista 64
              
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1
