Problem description: 
Install stops with this error:
Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'policy.9.0.Microsoft.VC90.CRT,publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",version="9.0.30729.6161",processorArchitecture="amd64",type="win32-policy"'. Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0x80073712. assembly interface: IAssemblyCacheItem, function: Commit, component: {1D6945E7-7EB3-31AA-9B66-AB012EDBB7D6}

Version 3.4.5 installs correctly.

We have the same bug on one computer with Intel Dual Core and Windows 7 32 bit.
The user had Domain Admins rights.
It was the only computer in the domain with this error.
