I have attached a .zip file, which includes a rdown_2.doc, and a rdown_2.docx which was created by saving the .doc file as .docx with LibreOffice 3.4.5. When the file is opened again with LibreOffice, the font size of lines with no text is changed to size 12, so some lines are bigger. Opening the file with Microsoft Office Web Apps shows the same result.

I reproduce this bug in LibreOffice 3.5.4 from Debian 7 «Wheezy»

I can not reproduce it in LibreOffice 4.1.4.2 from Debian wheezy-backports and 4.2.3 on Debian Jessie.

But it is reproducible again with
LibreOffice 4.3.0.0.alpha0+

Looks fixed to me, tested using Mac OSX 10.9 with LibreOffice Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0+

Essentially, this is the same bug as reported in bug 39481 -> marking as such.

So, if there was a regression in 4.3-branch, it is fixed by now (as far I tested).
