Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. run LibO_3.5.3_Win_x86_install_multi.msi
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:
installation of version 3.4 runs perfect.
Starting with Version 3.5.x, all installaions fail

Expected behavior:

Platform (if different from the browser):
