When I tried to install to "parallel installation of Master "LOdev 3.6.0alpha0+ – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) ENGLISH UI [Build ID: 9980e69]" (tinderbox: Win-x86@6-fast, pull time 2012-05-10 09:36:56)" I got a message concerning difficulties to indicate Java - what seems to say that Java will be required (that LibO version suffers from "Bug 46264 - 64 Bit: Java runtime not recognized"
I don't know how this has been filed as a WWW bug.
Instant Word Count (in status bar) works for me without trace of Java installed...
This Extension only is interesting for users of older Versions. No idea why I did not contribute the URL Currently that extension does not work at all for me, always some Phyton Error Message The Java Message still appears in 3.6.1 if Java is not activated.
Reiner, if you install the 64bit version of LO, Then you will need to install the 64bit version of Java. The 32bit version of java will not work with the 64bit version of LO. Please reply back if you have additional details to provide. This should not have been filed under www. Updated
