I can confirm on Linux 64bit (setting platform to All/All).
Reproducible with LibreOffice 4.2.5 and 4.3.1.1 on Debian.

repro 7.6+ However, these are anchored to DIFFERENT PARAGRAPHS. So any little thing will throw it off. Changing the default font to Verdana in Word changes things. Likely it is a CR formatting problem (although I don't notice anything...). Removing one empty paragraph before Menu Fichier fixes everything for example.
