Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Loading XLS-file
2. Save AS XLS-file
3. ....

Current behavior:
Spreadsheet was and remains READ ONLY
After closing Calc, restarting Calc and reopening file, file is no longer Read only

Expected behavior:
After Save AS, file should not be read only
