When inputting biblical hebrew with tyndale keyboard, on windows 7/64, the dots over shin are separate from the shin.
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....launch hebrew keyboard (tyndale)
2. ....pres shift and w, or shift and q
Current behavior:dots not over the shin
Expected behavior:dots over shin
Platform (if different from the browser):

I have no idea what shin with dot is supposed to look like, but here what I got. Please post expected and actual result screenshots with comments.

faulty Hebrew characters shin and sin
I don't have any Hebrew Keyboard layout on my Mac OSX, so I copied the Shin letter from Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shin_%28letter%29#Origins). Displays correctly using Mac OSX 10.8.3 with LibreOffice 22.214.171.124 RC.
