spreadsheet with two graphs

Downloaded LibreOffice from Ubuntu Software Center into a fresh install of Xubuntu 12.10. Opens my OpenOffice .odt files OK, but crashes when I try to open my OpenOffice .ods files. Installed latest Apache OpenOffice and it does not crash on the same file (attached).

Open Ok

Win7x64 Ultimate
LibreOffice Version 3.6.4.3 (Build ID: 2ef5aff)
LO-Dev Version 4.0.0.0.beta1+ (Build ID: 465d3512cca457c79e6ef85ad1cbf6bcc88e888)
Comment 2 Ben Branch 2012-12-08 02:12:23 UTC
I should add that I followed the advice I found through Google, to reset
the user account (moved "user" to "user_old") and this did not change
the crashing behavior.
Comment 3 Werner 2012-12-16 13:58:31 UTC
I can confirm this for the Version supplied by Ubuntu for 12.10 64 Bit (Version 3.6.2.2 (Build ID: 360m1(Build:2))).

Works with other versions of Libreoffice i tried on Ubuntu, esp. on version 3.6.0alpha0+ (Build ID: 099198) and Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: 8450a99c744e9005f19173e4df35d65640bcf5c).

Seems to be an Ubuntu bug...

I can't confirm using Linux Mint 14 with LibreOffice 4.0.0.2 rc2; It opens, but it has many '508-errors' in it. I can open it perfectly using Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: f1bca26afcc7593d0124c216c0400a9e2e47fc1).
Comment 5 Joel Madero 2013-01-26 23:10:56 UTC
works fine for me:

Bodhi Linux - based on Ubuntu 12.04

Versions:
3.6.4.3
4.1 master

Reporter's sample with correct ODF

Although I doubt that that might be relevant:

@Reporter, does the problem persist with your document in correct ODF 1.2?

In order to continue my work I had to install OpenOffice, and because of
a filename conflict between the two, I was forced uninstall LibreOffice first.
I will try to test this document using LibreOffice but I am about to travel
for two weeks so there will be some delay.
