Problem description: 

Can't insert EPS files, properly,

when I try to export my document to PDF, EPS and SVG is distorted and loses scalability. Moreover, I would like to see a rotation tool for inserted images in Writer documents.

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior: Distorted pixelated EPS graphics in PDF export.

Expected behavior: Keep scalability and original quality of the EPS file in the document.

Please provide a test document and then the exported pdf - then we can try to duplicate the export and verify the issue.

Marking as NEEDINFO - once you attach the requested documents mark as UNCONFIRMED and we can very quickly verify the problem
