The Connection error problems are usually out of our scope, since sometimes the FreeDesktop-hosted Bugzilla is down. The script then properly reports that, all we can do usually is wait. However, the first URL you mentioned should not show a white page. Cc'ing Rob Snelders, who was working on the assistant. Rob, do you have any idea?
