Today I am not able to launch the BSA from the LibO Help Menu
I reach <https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/?version=4.0.0.0.beta2&locale=de&module=TextDocument>, but nothing happens. 

Other Variant: <https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/?LOversion=4.1.0.0.alpha0&LOlocale=en-US&LOmodule=StartModule> with error message "It seems there is a problem to connect with Bugzilla. Please try again later."

The Connection error problems are usually out of our scope, since sometimes the FreeDesktop-hosted Bugzilla is down. The script then properly reports that, all we can do usually is wait.

However, the first URL you mentioned should not show a white page. Cc'ing Rob Snelders, who was working on the assistant. Rob, do you have any idea?
