Worksheed created in Excel. Problem occurs wther you use the excel- or ods-Format

When I try to modify the content of certain cells which are not protected in a protected table an error message appears: "Gesperrte Zellen können nicht geändert werden" (protected cells con not be modified). This does not happen with LibreOffice 3.6.4.3, which works perfectly with this file.

Please see in the attached file the cells in colume E under the label "Sondertilgung"

I can confirm the change of behaviour from 3.6.4.3 and 4.0RC1, Debian GNU/Linux 64 bit. Also cells colors are different!

Cell colorrs in 4.0.0.0 beta 1 were diferent. This seems to be ok now, but not the cell protection issue.

What do you mean with "now"? Do you have a release more recent than RC1? I tested with RC1 and, as I stated in my previous message, from 3.6.4.3 to 4.0.0.1rc1 colours are different, at least under GNU/Linux.

With "now" I mean RC1. I do not habe a more cecent version. In 4.0.0.0 beta 1 cell colours and protection were not correct, but in 4.0.0.0 beta 2 the colours were as I could see them in 3.6.4.3, meaning OK for me, but not so the protection issue which is still existing also in RC1

May be related to conditional formatting.

The range called 'Data' have conditionnal formatting.
Styles used in this CF are Excel_cond_format_1 and ...2.

Open the stylist (F11) then right-clic on one of these styles, clic Modify.
In the tab 'cell protection', cell protect is checked.

I add "Conditional formatting" in the report title to alert Marcus.
@ Marcus, not sure it is you area but if you can have a look ?

Hi,
This a duplicate of bug 58826 for cells with Conditional Formatting
When the condition is not satisfied, cells are always protected (if the sheet is protected) regardless of the style applied
