on Windows XP SP3 Russian

If during new LibO installation on "Additional user interface languages" we select "Сomponent will not be available" and after that select "Feature will be installed on local hard drive" ONLY FOR English and Russian, then after setup is finished user interface would be in English only and we would have no ability to switch it into Russian (no other languages, except English would be available in Settings).
If after that we go to Windows "Add/Remove Programs" and modify LibO settings - "Feature will be installed on local hard drive" entirely for "Additional user interface languages" (select all languages to install) then after setup is finished user interface would automatically switch to Russian (default windows locale) and we would have ability to switch to any desired program interface.
