Description Zoltan Laszlo 2013-02-07 22:02:11 UTC
Problem description: Custom animation of paragraphs does not work as expected or does not work at all.

The bug was found in the 4.0.0 release, but the gur report form did not want to accept the version, even though it is on the Version drop-down menu (a bug of the bug report system?).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an empty slideshow
2. Introduce some bulleted/numbered text, or simply two or more paragraphs without any bullets/numbering
3. Apply Custom Animation (any),
4. Start slideshow, see what's happenning.

Current behavior: lines are animated separately inside a paragraph, or some lines the animation does not run at all - mostly last lines/last paragraph in slide

Expected behavior: When apllying custom animation, paragraphs should be animated including all lines in a paragraph, all applyied animation should be considered and executed by Impress.

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.0.0.2 rc
Last worked in: 3.6.4.3 release

I am working on a report that is due tomorrow and I can confirm this for GNU/linux the distro of GNU/Linux I am using is Debian and the issue that I have is that the last billeted point will not hide like the others will. I want it to appear only after I have clicked

Just found out that to create the bug one or more of the bulleted points must take more that one line. Hope that helps the process of fixing the bug.

No solution, but a workaround for your tomorrow report from the German version of http://www.libreoffice.org/download:

<quote>Conservative end-users are advised to further use the current version of LibreOffice 3.6 that may be reached at the link "Change System, Version or Language"</quote>
