Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Choose Help About in Office Main or Any of the Apps


Current behavior: Crashes

Expected behavior: Present Dialog Box that shows Version information.

Could you try to retrieve a backtrace (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport#How_to_get_a_backtrace_on_Linux)?

Randy: does this bug persisst with 4.1.x versions of LO?

The MinGW port is dead, there is no need for that any more - our normal Windows
build became pretty reliable & easy to set up in the meantime.
