Example of the problem

Problem description:

Spreadsheets wherein row 1 is a merged title row and set to repeat on every page along with at least row 2.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a spreadsheet like the attached example setting rows 1 and 2 as repeating rows when printing.
2. Save and close.
3. Reopen and check print preview or printout and it will be seen that row 1 is not included.

Current behavior:

Row 1 is not included as a repeating row when printing upon opening documents. It has to be reset every time documents are opened.

Expected behavior:

Row 1 is included as a repeating row when printing after it was set to be included the last time the document was opened and saved.

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.0.0.3 release
