Description phly95 2013-03-02 21:26:07 UTC
One of the main features of office 2013 is that when you type, the cursor moves smoothly right as it reveals the letter, making typing a much more fluent task. It also smoothly zooms in and out like tablets. Also, please add 3D slide transitions, and possibly make the option (not force) to use the Ribbon UI introduced in Office 2007 and enhanced to Office 2013.

- Smooth scrolling is already available in LibreOffice
- Smooth UI animations can be considered
- File an individual, separate bug for 3D slide transitions
- We’re not going to copy Microsoft’s UI.

OK, I’m editing this bug so it only covers the smooth animations suggestion, and confirming it. Thanks for reporting this!

Is there an update on this? I also really like the smooth cursor from MS Office.
