Base meta bug for UI issues.

When creating doucments, it would very useful to support document layouts on a tabbed basis, or an "N pages per monitor" basis, rather than just the current dual page view offered now.

When coding, I stretch VisualStudio across 3x monitors arranged side by side, with tabbed views of each file, and typically 2 pages per monitor. This increased visibility helps enormously. Admittedly, the UI in LibreOffice is for a single document flow, but even so, more panes would be useful!
