The current Helppack installation proceeding needs too much user intelligence: - Know that help pack is required - find the helppack - install it The installation.msi for LibO should check whether there is a helppack (for the same version) in the same folder and automatically launch installation of that Helppack when Installation of Main software is done. May be if no help pack (for the same version) is in the same folder there should be a warning *"It seems you did not download a Localized Help pack, so that LibO will use the Help Wiki in the internet. ** You really want this ** No, let me download Help for my language Any heplpack.msi should check for more uninstalled localized help packages and install them.

IMHO main installer should only propose to launch installation (when found), offer to download it (while online) or just explain that only online help will be available when not installed (when enabled). I don't want to cancel Helppack installation every time installer detects it. Also please remember about intranet only or environments using restricted internet proxy. > Any heplpack.msi should check for more uninstalled localized help packages > and install them. Once its launch is accepted by user it should just check if other packs are available. If yes - then user could be allowed to select language packs he wants to install. If no - continue installation and offer to download other packs. I can't imagine that when I have all LibreOffice release install files in a directory then all is automatically installed just because it was detected.
(In reply to comment #2) To avoid misunderstanding, I only did some suggestions, there may be many other (and may be more consequent, intuitive and whatever) ways to reach the goal to help users who are used to find Help automatically installed. So it#s very inteded that I wrote a very beneral summary.
