Open any .odt file that has a page header and/or footer. In the default view (print layout?), click in the header or footer. A blue box "Header/Footer (Default)" appears at the right, click the triangle. A menu appears, click "Delete Header". In menu edit, the "undo" and "redo" options are greyed out. Not only the header/footer deletion cannot be undone, but ALL PREVIOUS CHANGES CANNOT BE UNDONE anymore.
