Created attachment 77533 [details] Broken printing of a document with embedded OLE vector graphics This problem affects OLE embedded vector graphics such as Smartdraw and even LibreOffice Drawings. The problem arises when printing is done from Writer on the text document containing the embedded vectors. How to reproduce 1. Start a new text document 2. Insert > Object > OLE Object > (LOdev 4.0) Drawing 3. Draw one of the basic shapes 4. Exit the drawing (click outside it) 5. Print the text document
Changed to earliest version where reproducible. Also changed importance to critical -- this prevents anyone from using LibreOffice 4.0 to print documents with vector graphics such as company logos.
This one is very similiar to this bug that I reported: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62261 The only difference is that draw objects that aren't inserted as OLE objects will disappear only if there is another OLE object on the same page. An easy fix for this is to export to PDF file and then print from PDF.
