LibreOffice 3.6.6 and 4.0.3 does not recognized the file format, and selecting Microsoft Excel 2007/2010 XML shows a "General Input/Output error", neither winrar is able to open the file. Please José Manuel, what was the program used to create the file?, and that program is able to open the file?
