ZIP file containing two files: (a) test-druckfehler.odt (b) test-druckfehler.pdf See long description

Problem description:
The attached document does not print correctly on the second page:

Frame rule underneath the head area is not printed where it belongs; a rule halfway down the page appears.

Please note: This problem does appear in the editor window; it only shows up when the document is PRINTED.

Steps to reproduce:
Open attached document test-druckfehler.odt in Writer. Print document. See second page.

Current behavior:
See document test-druckfehler.pdf (which was generated by the PDF printer "FreePDF", I did NOT use the PDF generation facility of LibreOffice). Faulty rule marked in red.

Expected behavior:
Rule under "-2-".
No rule halfway down the page.
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.0.2.2 release

Just confirmed that this problem will show up when printed on a Deskjet 3050 J610. In this case, the problem is worse (see highlights in red).

Installed LibreOffice_4.0.2_Win_x86.msi completely from scratch on a different machine that has Windows XP. Problem showed up.
