A file where the setting got changed

Problem description: Whenever I set the rows to repeat to $1, save and close the file, reopen it, it is lost.
If I set it to $1:$2, after save, and reopen, it becomes $2.
If I set it $1:$3, it becomes $2:$3.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Format-->Print Ranges->Edit
2. Rows to repeat: $1:$2, OK
3. Save and close
4. Reopen file.
5. Step 1 again, you will find that the setting has changed to $2.
