Problem description: Print range Rows to repeat not saved correctly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Menu > Format > Print Ranages > Edit
2. Set 'Rows to repeat' = $1:$2, click OK.
3. Close and reopen file.
4. Now 'Rows to repeat' = $2

Current behavior: See above.

Expected behavior: Calc should save 'Rows to repeat' as specified by user.
