Problem description: When editing changes (accept/erject) the next change needs always be selected by clicking a tool button or using a key board short cut which can be assigned. Both actions are slowing down work. Enhancement request to increase productivity Once a change is accepted or rejected the next change should be selected automatically. Operating System: Windows XP Version: 4.0.3.3 release
Hi, Did you have a look at the dialog Edit > Changes > Accept or reject (wording may be slightly different - looking at Dutch version). That behaves as requested... regards - Cor
@ Cor Nouws - Thanks for looking into this matter. You are right. If the "Accept Or Reject Changes" Window is open it automatically goes to the next change. However, this window cannot be changed in size Therefore I still would prefer to get an enhancement. Modification to enhancement request in Description: The described automatism should be made available even if the "Accept Or Reject Changes" Window is not open.
thanks for the explanation. I think it is a clear request. (Note: when working with spell checking and context menu, the behaviour is the same.) There is of course also the change that the dialogs size can be changed sometime soon. We'll see ;)
