I try to adapt the outline templates Level 1 to level 9. However, system does not allow me negative intendions Reproduction - Press F11 - right click on any of the hierarchical levels (Gliederung 1-9) and choose "change" - goto "Intendions"-Tab (Einzüge und Abstände) - insert a negative number in field "before text" - System inserts "0,00cm" instead Function: standard format of levels is - level 1 - level 2 - level 3 Desired behaviour: it should be possible to generate formats likes this - LEVEL 1 - level 2 . level 3 i.e. left-align all levels and differentiate only by other format options
Hi M. As far as I can tell, it's a bit hard to achieve. Can you try the following: - View > Master > Slide master - select one of the lines - choose Format > Bullets and Numbering in that dialog you can set the indent, but in my experience it is not straight forward...
Hi Cor thanks for the fast reply. However that does not help. Although I can change font size, bullet type and positive indent (i.e. move the text to the right), I cannot change to a negative indent (move the text to the left). A "Level 2" does have a system indent to the right which seems to be not changeable. Any other ideas? Regards Matthias
(In reply to comment #2) > Any other ideas? I know it can be done with some fiddling on the tab Position Can you pls first ask user support somewhere? thanks,
Well I found this too (fiddling on the tab in the ruler). However it has an effect only in the current slide not in a master and furthermore it is not straightforwardly placed (why not use negative indent in the outline templates?) But you are right it is probably not so much a bug than a feature request ...
Hi m, thanks for trying again. Still one could do it via the menu, but the whole thing is in need for some improvement. So I rewrite your whole summary and set some markers ... Hope you can agree to that ;) Cheers - Cor
(maybe good to set to NEW too :p )
(In reply to comment #5) > Hi m, Ah, should know ny now that you are Matthias. Sorry.
