Problem description: Writer add a new empy line after images archored as character in .doc every time you save the document.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a .doc with a image archored as charater and some text under it.
2. Save the document.
3. Open it and you'll see a new empty line under the image.

Current behavior: Writer add a new empy line after images archored as character in .doc every time you save the document.

Expected behavior: Writer doesn't add a new empy line after images archored as character in .doc every time you save the document.

It only happens in .doc, works well in .docx
