On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I don't reproduce this.

Did you install any LO specific extensions?
Could you try to rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) and give it a new try?

If it still crashes, could you give extra information, like a backtrace? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport#How_to_get_a_backtrace_on_Windows)

Hello,

I reproduce with LO 4.1.0.0.beta1 but not with master LO 4.2.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 60790b3f0ccc1779bcff2ddcc278a9027aedabe, Windows 7 Home Premium
Isn't it also a duplicate of bug 65022?
"Almost certainly its a wrong library name in a .ui file." Comment 8 of this bug.

Seems solved.
Win7x64 Ultimate
Version: 4.1.0.0.beta1+ Build ID: d24df4c708b8eb8dc3689fa72cbfc4e02e97f6b.

Maybe the same as bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65022
if was not a duplicate solved at the same time.
