On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I don't reproduce this. Did you install any LO specific extensions? Could you try to rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) and give it a new try? If it still crashes, could you give extra information, like a backtrace? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport#How_to_get_a_backtrace_on_Windows)
Confirmed. Win7x64 Ultimate Version: 4.1.0.0.beta1 Build ID: 5271b34bec742e190e2fe5a7dadb7334a705b54

Hello, I reproduce with LO 4.1.0.0.beta1 but not with master LO 4.2.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 60790b3f0ccc1779bcff2ddcc278a9027aedabe, Windows 7 Home Premium Isn't it also a duplicate of bug 65022? "Almost certainly its a wrong library name in a .ui file." Comment 8 of this bug. Jacques Guilleron
Seems solved. Win7x64 Ultimate Version: 4.1.0.0.beta1+ Build ID: d24df4c708b8eb8dc3689fa72cbfc4e02e97f6b. Maybe the same as bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65022 if was not a duplicate solved at the same time. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 65022 ***
