Description jpanzigrau 2013-07-09 21:16:34 UTC
Problem description:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Opened a new text document.
2. Placed cursor on the paragraph symbol.
3. Clicked on Format on the tool bar and selected paragraph.
5. Program crashes.

Current behavior:I uninstalled LO. Deleted all all LO directories from my C drive. Deleted all LO directory profiles and reinstalled LO and the problem behavior reoccurs.

I have also noticed from the LO drop down "Tools" menu, when I select the "Options" dialogue nothing happens.

Expected behavior:

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.1.0.2 rc
Last worked in: 4.1.0.1 rc

My particular problem appears to have been caused by my antivirus software which allowed the LO installation file to download. However, somewhere in the process of download and installation the "insight" function of the antivirus program reported a detection and applied a quarantine which was apparently causing the LO writer to crash with any attempt to format. I uninstalled the existing LO 4.1.0.2.rc and deleted the user profile directory. Then I and downloaded a new installation file with my firewall disabled. The new installation has so far functioned properly.
