The file is created programmly.
The PivotTable opens as a simple text. Also, the cells are unpainted.

I can reproduce your issue with 4.1.5.3 Windows XP x86.

I believe this is a duplicate of "Bug 58691 - PIVOTTABLE: export to Excel 2007/2010 breaks functionality", 
so let's mark this one as duplicate of 58691.
