Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Format - Print ranges - rows to repeat 
2. enter $1:$8
3. save spreadsheet

Current behavior:
changes rows to repeat to $2:$8

Expected behavior:
rows to repeat should remain $1:$8

              
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.0.4.2 release

Fix available on LO 4.0.5 & 4.1. Perhaps we can see 4.0.5 in a few days :)
