sample of "printed with errors" file. it was cleared cause contained "personal data".

I'm from Russia, so my English is not perfect ;)

Problem description: every month I print timesheet. previously it was "normal" (LibreOffice 4.0.3), after upgrade to LibreOffice 4.1.0 I've "lost" 10 horizontal "solid" Lines per page... downloaded 4.0.4, after downgrade got normal print (in 4.0.4)

Steps to reproduce:
1. open existing document
2. press print
3. got "lost" horizontal lines on 2 and 3rd sheets.

Current behavior: some horizontal solid lines didn't printed in version 4.1.0, but well printed in 4.0.3 or 4.0.4

Expected behavior: all horizontal solid lines should be printed.

"cleared" version of document attached. (only 2nd and 3rd sheets with no personalized data)
There is also a problem with "deleting" non used "vba macros", but it's not so "hard" problem...

Operating System: Windows XP
Version: 4.1.0.4 release

I noticed that :
- all cells are merged ones (for info ; doesn't seem to be related to the bug)
- the command "right-clic-on-one-cell > format cell > Border" don't prefill the drawing at the left of the tab,
- setting explicitly dashed border (with default width 0.05pt) where they are "lost" results in the same disparition,
- growing the line width to 5pt make it to appear on printing.

Although this behaviour is related to Printing and not Displaying, I think this is in relation with bug 44015.
